Start your day with a deep breath, full body stretch and a statement of thankfulness.
Oftentimes we don’t think about the benefits we have in life because we have become complacent. We forget that a cup of coffee and pastry is in fact a luxury. Take time to look around and ask yourself if things are better for you than they are for someone else. You may find they are. It’s okay to want more, just don’t forget to be present and thankful for who and what you presently have.
